This was the worst overall haircut experience I've ever had in a barber shop. My experience was on July 14th , by "Marissa". The shop is located in Ruby Isle on Calhoun and was empty when I arrived. I questioned the necessity of signing in as no-one else was there except Marissa and 2 other unoccupied barbers. She signed me in to get the stats on the clip blade numbers and proceeded with a rough 90 second haircut. After this she.advised me she was through.Her social skills are very badly lacking, and her outward appearance consistent with slovenliness and complete disregard for herself. For this her charge was $15.00. I tipped her $5.00 as it was worth it to be out of her presence. As a customer I was appalled and left in wonder how she managed to be trained and licensed in the state of WI. The licensing board needs to re-review her status.soon. I had been a satisfied customer at this Sports Clips for several years prior to this.

We go here all the time and have never had a concern. They have my son's hair style in the computer. I saw a few hair cuts the lady that was going to cut my son's hair did while we waited. I should have left. Dumb on my part. She said she knew exactly what he likes because it's in the computer. I even showed her a picture from his last cut. She gave him a hard part, which he likes but instead of leaving the hair long to comb over from the part she cut all his hair short. So now he has short hair with a line down the middle. This was in 11/11/18 at 2:30ish and the stylist was older with blond hair.

Nicollette is a great stylist. She is very flexible and accommodating when it comes to getting my style the way I like it. A great listener and does her best to remember your preferences between visits. And just like the rest of the staff, she's very friendly and easy to interact with I highly recommend her!
